Yes, matted coats are a large part of what we do. Depending on how tight the knots are we will either work them out by brushing or clip the coat out.
Cats are all we do. That means the whole visit is set up around them rather than shared with dogs.
Nervous and grumpy cats are normal here, so tell us about yours before the groom. We work at the pace the cat sets.
